Fragrant, white, springtime flowers produce wonderful plump and juicy pie cherries. These cherries are gently handpicked in June from the orchard encircling Odessa’s vineyard.  This early season wine has a distinctly sweet-tart cinnamon spice flavor.  As a dessert or social delight, this wine is best well chilled and served over ice to family and friends.
